BUNGALOWS
Right on the shore of a hidden beach in Cabarete, Dominican Republic, is Natura Cabana Boutique Hotel & Spa. The property consists of 12 bungalows and its own two restaurants, spa and yoga temple.
Each bungalow stands out for its individualistic architecture and décor, giving a unique experience to every guest.
Designs include traditional palm thatched roofs and richly decorated interiors using wood, shells, and different stones. All of the bungalows are open-air to maximize the circulation of positive energy. Instead of air-conditioners, the bungalows have ceiling fans and screened windows allowing the fresh ocean breeze in making our bungalows are the perfect place to fall asleep to the calming sound of the sea.

At Natura Cabana, they offer you the choice between two open-air restaurants both looking out to the preserved ocean :
The Karaya restaurant, opens for breakfast and lunch.
The menu consists of a variety of deliciously balanced and nutritious dishes.
The night restaurant, Natura, is managed by our multi-cultural chef.
Guests who dine at the restaurants enjoy their aperitifs while listening to the soothing sound of the sea, with waves crashing against the rock formations providing the crescendos.
The menus at both restaurants are designed to incorporate as many ingredients as possible from our organic vegetable and herb garden.

Karaya Restaurant

Karaya Restaurant serves up a delicious breakfast menu every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Breakfast is included for the guests and may pick a dish from the available options which include fresh fruit, toast, eggs your choice, pancakes/waffles or a granola bowl, but all visitors are welcome to enjoy the tasty meals!
They also offer typical Dominican morning dishes like “mangú” with fried cheese (delicious!).
Lunch is served every day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the plates range from big, hearty salads and bowls, gourmet sandwiches or burgers with hand-cut fries and delicious curry or pasta dishes. They also have daily specials, and smoothies and cocktails are offered all day long!
Karaya has a little bit of everything, each dish providing its unique flavors.

They describe the cuisine as “fusion” since the menu features a combination of fresh tropical local ingredients combined with international flavors. Each plate is designed to create an exciting explosion of flavor for your taste buds. Just ask Forbes, which called our restaurant, “one of the country’s best places to eat.”
The signature dishes include tuna in a pistachio sauce over carrot purée and homemade raviolis filled with cashews and dates with a sun-dried tomato pesto.
They strive to provide a creative and gourmet cuisine, transmitting love through food.
